About the laboratory
The modern production laboratory of the plant began its work in 2017, certified by the State Enterprise "Kirovograd Research and Production Center for Standardization, Metrology and Certification" for research.
In order to guarantee the consumer high quality products, a three-level control is carried out in the plant's laboratory:
- Input control of incoming raw materials - after checking the accompanying documents, the organoleptic and physico-chemical characteristics of the raw materials are determined. The control of the production process of mixed feeds from the beginning to the end is carried out by production personnel and laboratory. Taking into account the data obtained in the analysis of the incoming raw materials, recipes are calculated produced feed.
- Control of finished products is one of the most important and crucial stages of work, organoleptic indicators, pest infestation and product humidity are determined for each batch of mixed feed, the content of protein, fat, fiber, etc. is checked.
- At the implementation stage of the feed, samples are taken for storage and for further random testing of nutritional indicators.
The production laboratory is provided with national standards and other documents establishing requirements for products and research methods. There is a library for the use of staff.
Laboratory equipment
The laboratory is fully equipped with the necessary means of measuring equipment, testing and additional equipment. For laboratory research, we use a modern infrared grain analyzer, and SupNIR-2750 compound feed.
